Pastor Rochelle Beckemeyer is the heart and soul behind HeartWise Workshoppe. As the Executive Director and Founder, she has devoted her life to serving special needs adults, creating opportunities for them to thrive in ways many thought impossible. Her journey began with the launch of Echo Christian Fellowship's Safe & Sound Ministries in 2019, where she led efforts to provide affordable housing and stability to a vulnerable population. As the ministry grew, Rochelle recognized a greater need—helping these individuals find purpose and meaningful employment. This passion led to the founding of HeartWise Workshoppe, where she now oversees a creative program that empowers special needs adults through art and craftsmanship.

Rochelle's deep commitment to her faith and her community drives every aspect of her work. With a background in special needs ministry and a heart for service, she ensures that each product created at HeartWise reflects the love, care, and creativity of its makers. She also authored The Glory of Kings: An Invitation To Special Needs Pastoring, where she shares her experiences in the field and offers guidance to others called to this important work. Rochelle continues to lead with compassion, always seeking new ways to uplift and inspire the people HeartWise serves.
